P&A Welding Pty Ltd has successfully assisted in implementing and maintaining an infrastructure that has enabled our various Clients to provide Western Australia's growing population with the natural resources that they require, through our fabrication and installation services. The following projects are just a small example of the various contracts carried out by our company.

WESTGOLD RESOURCES

Workshop fabrication and site installation of piping for the new LNG Facilities and Power Stations of four (4) x Interconnecting Gas Pipelines at Tuckabianna, Fortnum, Big Bell and Bluebird Gold Operations.

APA GROUP

Principal Contractor for the Walyering Facilities Construction (Cataby) overseeing all offsite fabrication of one (1) x Receipt Station and associated station piping, E&I skid assembly and all site civil, E&I and SMP works, and assistance with commissioning activities.

Offsite piping and structural fabrication, testing and surface treatment, for the Northern Goldfields Interconnect (NGI) Pipeline, of five (5) x Skids (Filtration, Metering A & B, Pressure/Flow Control and Outlet Isolation) for the Wildara Delivery Station, and fabrication and load testing of Spreader Beams.

Parmelia Relocation Forrestfield (PRF) Project, consisting of the relocation of approximately 1.5km of DN350 natural gas, high pressure pipeline into a new services corridor to make way for the new rail link to Perth airport. The project including construction of the pipeline, live line welding of hot tap fittings, installation of bypass spooling for commissioning and disposal of the redundant pipeline.

Binduli Gas Pipeline - In-service Welding of Hot Tap Fitting. Pipeline tie-in connection required onto the BIDI Offtake buried manual hot tap valve connection at GGP and pipeline tie-in connection onto Karrawang Delivery Station.

Northern Goldfields Interconnect (NGI) Pipeline - In-service Welding of Hot Tap Fitting. Installation of a split tee hot tap fitting on the GGP to facilitate the tie-in of the new NGI pipeline to the existing GGP within the proposed Weebo Offtake Station.

Mid-West LNG Project Offtake and Metering Station - Offsite fabrication, testing and surface treatment of pipework and assemblies, pipe supports and structural steel assemblies, precast concrete footings and delivery to site; and onsite installation of above pipework and assemblies, consisting of civil, structural, mechanical, piping, E&I, CP and earthing works at the Mt Magnet Scraper Station.

WOOD / ALBERMARLE

Rainwater Mitigation Project SP1 & SP2 (Train 1 & Train 2) for the Kemerton Lithium Plant - Offsite Piping Fabrication consisting of fabrication, testing and surface treatment of carbon steel and stainless steel spooling ranging from 15NB to 350NB in diameter. Working on a priority basis, P&A successfully delivered Priorities 1 to 7 of Train 1 and Priorities 1 to 5 plus Pipe Supports of Train 2.

SPIECAPAG/BP/NEWEST

Kewdale White Oil Line Project - Facilities Fabrication - Offsite Piping and Structural Fabrication consisting of fabrication, testing and surface treatment of 4 x Skids, 2 x Pig Launchers, 2 x Pig Receivers and associated Pipework.

ACCIONA

Kwinana Waste to Energy Project - Offsite Piping Fabrication, consisting of fabrication, testing and surface treatment of carbon and stainless steel spooling for Cooling Water, Natural Gas, Chemical Dosing, Sampling and Hydraulic Systems.

WOODSIDE ENERGY

Angel Platform Utility Gas System Project, consisting of fabrication, testing and surface treatment etc. of 57 x S31803 Duplex Spools, 5 x Supports, 1 x Deck Penetration Assembly and assorted field materials.

Goodwyn 'A' Platform - Projects consisting of fabrication, testing, surface treatment etc. of 200 x Duplex and Super Duplex Spools, ranging from 25NB to 100NB in size.

North Rankin 'A' & 'B' - Projects consisting of fabrication, testing, surface treatment etc. of 15 x CS Spools, ranging from 50NB to 80NB in size, 57 x SDSS Spools, ranging from 80NB to 100NB in size, and 3 x 750NB and 2 x 600NB Blind Flange Spools.

NGA Marine Drains project consisted of fabrication, survey, testing and surface treatment etc. of 69 x CS Spools for the Nganhurra FPSO Platform.

Since 2014, P&A Welding Pty Ltd has successfully completed over 800 projects for Woodside Energy, consisting of various Super Duplex, Duplex, 316SS and Carbon Steel Spooling, with the majority being for shutdown or maintenance work, involving short timeframes and specific delivery dates.
