Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Our objective is to create a culture and environment which ensures the health and safety of all personnel through the provision of leadership, resources, processes, education, and a demonstrated commitment to this policy. We shall:

• Promote a culture in which all P&A Welding Pty Ltd employees share this commitment, through consultation and participation.
• Provide and maintain safe systems of work where hazards and associated risks are identified, effectively controlled, reduced or eliminated.
• Provide competent supervision, education, instruction and information to all employees.
• Ensure all plant, equipment and materials are fit for use and maintained in a safe condition.
• Set health and safety targets, monitor performance and ensure continual improvement.
• Comply with all relevant industry and legislative requirements.
• Involve all employees in the development and implementation of effective programmes and procedures.
• Ensure that all subcontractors, business partners and other interested parties comply with this policy.

All of us have the responsibility and accountability to maintain a safe work environment and identify and manage risks associated with our work. In this way, we will achieve health and safety performance of which we are proud and maintain our goal of an injury and illness free workplace.
